Our most frequently asked questions and answers

Bookings can only be made online and you can pay by debit or credit card. You will be sent a confirmation email with your code to open the access gate.

The field is for your exclusive use, so when you book a time slot it will only be you and your dog(s) in the field but feel free to ask along your friends to enjoy the park and it’s facilities.

We are open for bookings several months in advance and the park can be booked as late as one hour before use, providing it is available for hire. To check availability just go to the booking page on the website and select your required day, you will see the slots that are available.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you think that you may have entered an incorrect email address please email us with your Name, date and time of the booking and the number of dogs.

We will then resend your confirmation email.

You can reschedule or cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the booking. Just sign in to your account and click on the pencil icon to edit your booking.
